Transfer printing has been around for decades.
Normally you can print on Cotton T-shirt transfer paper which will cost you approx 20 Rs per A/4 sheet with your regular inkjet Dye ink printer and Heat Press Transfer the design on your T-shirt. Here after transferring the design on Tshirt the whole unused area will also transfer on the tshirt if you wont cut the unprint area for that you need to cut with the help of Plotter Cutter or with sceseor so after that you have to peeloff the things so its very lengthy process We took transfer printing to whole another level. We offer our clients special Pigment Hotsubligel Ink and Hotsubligel Paper for Desktop and Wide format Printer publishing needs. Regular Epson printers that are readily available in your local computer store otherwise we are also supplying the printer and can use our special inks and paper to print on garments (like cotton,silk,polyester,all natural fibers like bamboo, cocoa, etc..., leather natural and artificial). Inks that are used are special Pigment Hotsubligel Ink What it means Subligel ? It means inks have 5 functions.
(1)If you print on normal sublimation paper our inks will act as normal sublimation inks that have been around for years. Subligel Paper and Subligel Ink you can use in the normal Polyester Fabrics you can transfer will get the same result, after transferring the same touch you will get which you where getting on the normal Sublimation
(2) Light Cotton Transfer you will get little bit hard touch. As like you can assume that it’s a Plastisol Screen Printing. But its like a Digital Screen Printing (In Digital You can Add any Multi Colour Which you want to make)
(3) You can do Digital Multi Colour Glitter Printing for any kind of Fabric.
(4) You can do Digital Multi Colour Reflective Printing .
(5) You can do Digital Multi Colour Glowing Dark (Radium) Printing
Here the good advantage is this the unprint area wont be transfer only the printed area will transfer on T-Shirt No cut
Because we use special additive in our inks when printed on our Transfer paper and scattered with Chemical Gel it will become suitable to print on garment. How it works:
Step 1

Use regular epson printer with our inks installed to print the design on transfer paper.
Step 2

When you print the design you need to apply chemical gel. It's special chemical that reacts with ink. It will only adhere to where you have printed the design. On other areas it will not adhere. So therefore you will see chemical gel only where you have ink on the paper. Remaining chemical gel you can reuse later. So don't throw it away. Return it back to container and recycle. If you want to print on SubliGlitter / SubliReflect / SubliGlow.
Step 3

Then you need to heat cure the transfer on the garment. We suggest at least 30 seconds at 180-190 degrees celsius. If your garment is thicker consider prolonging the time. Raise in temperature is not needed.
Done
That's all. No pretreatment, no post treatment. After Transfer the paper will stick Strongly on your Fabric so you have to wait till 60 Sec before removing the paper from Fabric.
The Paper is sticky on the fabrics you have to apply a water Sponge Softly on the paper Just remove the transfer paper and you will see vivid colors and very good resolution and dot definition.
