Rick serves on several boards that include a non profit dental clinic that helps underprivileged children who can't afford dental care among over local boards. Rick has assisted with Marquette Dental School's practice management course for 5+ years that includes D3 & D4 students. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee with a Bachelor's in finance and an MBA focusing on Leadership & Negotiation.
