I want to share with you the result of the #trainingprocess
I often give my athletes #morningexercises In January, we did the «chair» exercise
How did it go?
The first week - 1 minute, the second week - two, the fifth week - five minutes.
Then I let them rest for 10 days and organized a competition to see who could hold out longer.
I can say right away that the winner was the one who did the exercises for a whole month. Serhii took third place with a time of 40 minutes, Mark was second with 51 minutes, and Makar was first with 51 minutes and 10 seconds.
To be honest, at the end of the month, they could barely stand for 5 minutes, and then they were able to stand for 50 minutes.
