LandRover RangeRover with a battery drain

Hi I'm Matt, this is a range rover Vogue with a battery drain, if left for three or four days the car won't start.
The car has already had a battery and alternator, although I didn't know that when I started looking at the car.
I left the doors open, then shut the latch to keep the interior light out.
Then I used a multi meter, set on millivolts checking for a voltage drop across the tops of fuses, or a 10 watt 1ohm ceramic resistor that I put in series at the start to give me a direction.
Only one fuse had a voltage drop across it, equating to 30 milliamps (0.030 amps)
With it removed the car had an acceptable drain at the battery of only 20 milliamps (0.020 amp)

when I worked at LandRover I was told that 20 milliamps or less was acceptable (0.020 amps) this is taken at the battery.
also this car can take up to an hour to fully shut down the modules before you get the actual drain on the battery.
