Emergency Services Disasters: Murder of Ian Broadhurst

On Boxing Day in 2003, PC Ian Broadhurst was shot and killed by David Bieber, an American wanted for murder in Florida, after he arrested him for driving a stolen vehicle in Leeds. Two other officers, PCs Neil Roper and James Banks, were also seriously injured in the shooting. Video footage is from the Real Crime series by ITV.
