I bought a Stone House in Portugal ! :)
a small Granit stone house with a little patio, not far from Guarda.
in this video I'm explaining about the process of buying a house in Portugal.

Register the house on your name:
After signing the contract, the house is still not register on your name , you need to apply the document to the IRN and wait one to two weeks.
