Gluck Dance of the Blessed Spirits Solo. For the upper C sharp I mostly use the Altes 'Sensitive' fingering - Upper D plus R.H. 2 and 3 ( really a harmonic of F sharp with the middle finger added tp flatten it a bit). This gives me the higher pitch level for the leading tone.
