IPL 2020: 5 forgotten stars of Indian T20 league (IPL)_Unsung heroes of Indian Cricket_Naarad TV
The Indian version of the franchise-based T20 league is set for kick on April 7. Since 2008, when the IPL was unveiled to a wide fan base, the league has witnessed many stars performers. These players have taken cricketing world by surprise in a season and failed to live up to the expectations in another.
So, in the history of IPL we have witnessed many players who became talk of the town in a season but failed keep their momentum intact.
This Right-arm batsman has played four seasons for IPL franchise Kings XI Punjab. During his sojourn in IPL, Valthaty left everyone surprise in 2011 season when he slammed 463 runs at an average of 35.61. He played 14 matches in that season. Apart from registering a hundred he scored two fifties in that season.

However, after that year he failed to justify his ability in the following seasons. In 2012 and 2013 IPL his total accumulation was 36 runs.

He never played IPL after 2013 season.
1.Paul Valthaty-Paul Chandrashekar Valthaty is a former Indian cricketer who played for Kings XI Punjab in the Indian Premier League. He had to retire from the sport after his eye injury. He is known for his knock of 120 runs in 63 balls against Chennai Super Kings.
2.Sreenath Aravind-
Arvind Sreenath is a former Indian cricketer who played for Karnataka and the Royal Challengers Bangalore. He made his Twenty20 International debut for India against South Africa on 2 October 2015.
3.Swapnil Asnodkar-
Swapnil Asnodkar is an Indian first-class cricketer. He is a hard hitting right-handed opening batsman with a relatively short stature of around 5'5. He was one of the highly expected players to represent India in future during 2008
4.Kamran Khan-
Kamran Khan is an Indian cricketer who bowls left-arm fast-medium. He played in the Indian Premier League for Rajasthan Royals and later Pune Warriors, and represented Uttar Pradesh and Colts at domestic level
5.Manvinder Bisla-
Manvinder Singh Bisla is an Indian cricketer. He is a wicket-keeper and right-handed batsman who currently plays for Goa.
