Some information on a widely planted yet relatively little known and appreciated grape with a hard to say name.

To Debra Meiburg's position most fairly, she defends her pronunciation on the grounds that it’s easier for the Chinese audience she’s trying to reach, which strikes me as a very reasonable explanation; so, this may be a non-controversy that just needed to be contextualized more clearly:
