Camco Rhino Tote Tank - RV Portable Waste Tank - Warranty Claim Experience. Old Style vs. New Style

I discovered a leak in my RV Portable Waste Tank near the inlet fitting. I made a call to customer service for a warranty claim (2 years warranty). The procedure is to send via e-mail 2 pictures of the area having the issue, in my case where the tank was leaking. It seems to be a known area of failure. I received a new tank in about a week. The new tank was New and Improved.
This video covers the differences/improvements between the two tanks and the repair of the old tank. The tech mentioned where my tank leaked was improved, but you can't see the modification from the outside. Not happy about having to replace this tank as it was less than a year old and only used 4 times. I must say I was very impressed with Camco and the warranty claim process and timely replacement
