I feel like the term brighter skin can often be a little confusing, what does it really mean, why do we want it?! To me and to many brands, brighter skin means healthier-looking skin, a more even tone and texture, hydrated, dewy. Dull is the opposite of brighter.
My dull skin is often dry, uneven, often dehydrated but also oily.
