How do stealth aircraft avoid radar detection?

Modern stealth jets like the F-35, F-22, and B-2 bomber use incredible engineering to become extremely difficult for radar systems to detect. Instead of reflecting radar waves back to the radar station, their special shapes scatter the waves away while radar-absorbing materials absorb much of the remaining energy. The result is a dramatically reduced radar cross section, making a massive aircraft appear as small as a bird on radar screens.

In this short, we briefly explain how stealth aircraft avoid radar detection.
