Outlook Calendar/Hub Bar Restored to original Location (Solution)

After a Windows update I had an annoying bar that used to be down below out of the way. It's new position takes up space so I wanted to move it back to its original position. Not as easy as it would seem. But following these quick steps will get rid of that annoying bar.
