India has launched a series of targeted precision strikes under ‘Operation Sindoor’ against terror infrastructure in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK) almost a fortnight after the Pahalgam terror attack. According to sources, the Indian Army carried out strikes on at least four major terror hubs located in Muridke, Kotli, Muzaffarabad, and Bahawalpur. Notably, the strikes were executed without breaching Pakistani airspace.

The operation marks a significant escalation in India’s counter-terror strategy following the Pahalgam attack that claimed the lives of 26 civilians, including a Nepali national. Indian Army sources confirmed that the objective was to dismantle launchpads and camps used by terror groups operating from across the Line of Control (LoC).

Military activity has surged in the Kashmir Valley, particularly around Srinagar, where heightened air traffic indicates increased operational readiness and surveillance.
