ingredients 成分 (4 bread 四个面包)
Bread flour 高筋面粉 200 g
Salt 盐 2 g
Instant dry yeast 干酵母 2 g
Sugar 糖 3 g
Warm water 温水 150 ml
Butter or Margarine 15 g for topping before baking
黄油 15 克 放在烘烤前的面包上
摄氏230度 烤 18-20分钟 或者根据自己的烤箱情况
bake at 230°C for 18-20 minutes or according your oven
simple steps to make:
1. yeast mixture: mix 150ml warm water with 2g dry yeast and 3g sugar, keep aside for 5 minutes to activate the yeast.
2. dough: mix 200g bread flour, 2g salt and yeast mixture together. cover to rise double in size.
3. divide into 4 pieces and make shape.
4. rise in double. 15g butter for topping
5. bake in preheated 230℃ for 18-20 minutes or according you r oven
