Female Ragdolls usually weigh 10 to 15 pounds, and some male ragdolls weigh more than 20 pounds.

Increased risk for calcium oxalate. Also referred to as. bladder stones.

A predisposition to Feline Infectious Peritonitis.

It’s a good idea to keep the gentle Ragdoll as an indoor-only cat, mainly to protect him from attacks by other animals. Diseases spread by other cats may also pose a threat. Ragdolls who go outdoors also run the risk of being stolen, due to their friendly nature.
