Black Bean Harvest 2019 | Vlog 37

Edible beans harvest has started on our farm. This week we combined our black beans and everything went well. Yields and quality were both good and the MacDon flex draper performed flawlessly. Some of our biggest challenges harvesting edible beans include making sure the beans aren't split in half by the combine, they are cut without leaving too much on the ground, and the bean moisture is just right. With this field harvested, we were able to plant some winter wheat into some really good field conditions.
