CEFT wok cooker disassembly

DISASSEMBLY:
1) 00:06 Lift out stainless steel burner rings, Vortex burner castings, Bar burners and pilot covers.
2) 00:30 Lift away back shelf
3) 00:41 Slide out drip trays
4) 00:55 Lift out waste filter basket
5) 01:01 Disconnect water elbows at bottom
6) 01:24 Loosen splash back bolts then lift away

ALL LOSE ITEMS AND SPLASHBACK NOW REMOVED. TO REMOVE COOKER TOP:
7) 01:40 Remove all valve handles
8) 02:17 Remove front panel securing screws
9) 02:43 Tilt front panel towards you from bottom and pull down & away
10) 02:50 Remove side panel
11) 03:03 Top can now be lifted away
12) 03:09 Unclip valve heat shield and pull under
13) 03:18 **OPTIONAL DETACHABLE LEGS** Lift away top of frame

REFITTING COOKER TOP:
14) 03:34 **OPTIONAL DETACHABLE LEGS** Replace top of frame
15) 03:42 Lower cooker top on to frame
16) 03:55 Clip-in valve heatshield
17) 04:13 Clip-in front panel and fasten two securing screws
18) 04:40 Screw in gas handles. Fit water handles using nut.
10) 05:10 Fit side panel with 4 screws

REASSEMBLY CONTINUED:
20) 05:28 Lower back splash on to cooker top and tighten securing bolts
21) 05:45 Reconnect water elbows and tighten
22) 06:20 Lower back shelf on to splashback
23) 06:26 Drop in burner rings, Vortex castings and pilot covers, slide-in bar burners (bar burner detail at 07:21)
24) 07:37 Slide in drip trays
25) 07:47 Lower in waste filter basket
