How Special Needs Moms Over 50 Can Stay Strong While Caregiving

I recently turned 50, and as a Christian wife, mother of six, homeschool mom, and parent to a son with Down syndrome, I realized something

important:
If I want to continue caring for everyone else well… I must intentionally care for myself too.
In this video, I share my honest journey navigating caregiving, body aches, emotional exhaustion, faith, movement, health, and learning how to stay strong while carrying heavy responsibilities.
This conversation is especially for:
special needs moms,
Christian mothers,
caregivers,
women over 50,
and moms who may have quietly stopped caring for themselves while caring for everyone else.
I talk about:
caregiver exhaustion,
self-care after 50,
parenting a child with Down syndrome,
protecting emotional peace,
simple things helping my body aches,
walking and movement,
faith-based wellness,
and learning how to age with wisdom instead of fear.
My hope is to build a hopeful community where women can openly talk about:
faith,
caregiving,
aging,
wellness,
special needs parenting,
and how to stay strong for the people we love.
Because caregivers need care too.

Does this conversation suits you?

join this growing community for Christian moms, caregivers, and special needs families.
