Dark Fantasy Biscuits - 10
Milk ( boiled and cooled) - 1/2 cup
Baking Powder - 1 tsp
Sugar ( optional - we did not use in this cake)
Dark Chocolate chips - as required
Milk Chocolate chips - as required
Oil/Butter/Ghee - to grease the pan
