Rally Report - Series 10 Preview (20/11/1993)

Preview of the 1993 Network Q RAC Rally at Birmingham, the day before the rally properly commenced. Reupload of a video that was once available on YouTube, but has since been removed. VHS Rallies has since uploaded an alternate version of this, but his recording is missing the first few seconds and has much more noticeable tape wear.

Decided to dedicate this week's uploads in memory of Finnish rally legend Hannu Mikkola. As a result, I will be reuploading Rally Report-related content that has been featured in TGCC, but whose sources are no longer available. These were downloaded sometime between 2017 and 2019 and were taken offline an indeterminate amount of time thereafter.
