Flaxseed Hair Gel With Extra Hold (updated)

Doing an updated flaxseed hair gel. Here is the old one https://youtu.be/shkaHEeW-L4
How To Make :
* turn stove to medium / high heat
* Add 4 cups of water (filtered) bring to a boil.
* Add 2oz 1/4 cup of Marshmallow root ( medium - strong hold) *add more of want more hold*
* Put timer on for 10 mins
* Add another 1cup of water (filtered)
* Add 6oz 3/4 cup of golden flax seeds
* Set another timer for 7-8 mins
* Once timer is done or to a thick consistency ( not to thick u can't strain)
* Take off stove and strain in another container
* Place in fridge for 25 mins
* Take out add 2Tbs of aloe Vera juice
* Essential oil of choice (I added 3 drops of each) * to your desired scent.
* Use or place in fridge
* **last up to 2weeks in the fridge **
Where I get supplies

* Flaxseed (Golden) I bought at Winco was $.28 cents a pound.
* Marshmallow Root bought on Ebay $15 for 8lb bag. (Herb leaf not powder) * buyer is Www.HERBANDFLAME.NET
* Aloe Vera juice bought at Trader Joe's for $8 for 1 gallon. ( last a long time, had mine for 2 months and half way through it.)
