Feet first VS hands first || What's the best way to climb?

Is it better to climb feet first or hands first? I mean Adam Ondra established the worlds hardest route climbing feet first, so something has to be said for it. Which will turn out to be the best solution?

Pete Whittaker, Mari Salvesen and David Postelt climb a short little hand, fist and offwidth crack in Sogndal both feet first and hands first to find out what works best.
Each climber is a different height, build and has different sized hands and fists, so a whole smorgasbord of different subtleties in technique are used for each climber.

We look at the differences between Fist and Teacup jams. As well as Frogged, Banana, Wide Pony and Trench Foot, foot positions in the off width crack. We also see if using face holds around the crack is actually harder or easier than actually jamming the crack itself.
