Healthy Date & Peanut Butter Energy Bars | No-Bake Ramadan Recipe (Perfect for Suhoor & Iftar)
These healthy no-bake date & peanut butter energy bars are the perfect snack for Suhoor or Iftar during Ramadan 🌙
Naturally sweetened with Medjool dates, packed with healthy fats, protein, and crunch — and finished with a rich layer of dark chocolate 🍫
Why you’ll love this recipe:
• No bake & super easy
• Naturally sweet (no refined sugar)
• Dairy-free
• Great energy boost for fasting days
Ingredients
• 20 Medjool dates (pitted)
• ½ cup peanut butter
• 1 handful almonds
• 1 handful pistachios
• 1 handful cashews
• 1 handful walnuts
• 200g dark chocolate (melted)
Method
1. Remove pits from the dates.
2. Line a dish with baking paper and press the dates firmly into the base.
3. Spread peanut butter evenly over the dates.
4. Roughly chop the nuts and sprinkle evenly on top.
5. Melt the dark chocolate and spread over the nuts.
6. Refrigerate for 40 minutes or until set.
7. Slice and enjoy!

Warm the peanut butter in the microwave for 15–20 seconds before spreading — it makes the process much smoother and more even.
