Revisiting high school Calculus and coding it with Rust. Peroxide.
Excuse the mistakes, this was a bit of an ad-hoc / off-the-cuff weekend experiment. I've shown just enough to get you started with integration, so you can do investigate and get Claude or ChatGPT to teach you?!

For calculus in Rust, your best options depend on what specific operations you need:
For symbolic calculus (like finding derivatives algebraically):

symbolica - The most capable symbolic math library for Rust, can handle differentiation, integration, and algebraic manipulation
cas - Smaller computer algebra system, good for basic symbolic operations

For numerical calculus (computing derivatives/integrals of functions):

nalgebra - General linear algebra library with some numerical differentiation utilities
argmin - Optimization library that includes numerical gradient computation
peroxide - Scientific computing library with numerical integration and differentiation
quadrature - Specifically for numerical integration
