PM stainless steel showdown! 20cv vs spy27 vs s30v.

many steel nerds are hoping to see above average strength and toughness from spy27 due to its relatively low carbide volume, the fact that its a particle metallurgy steel, and spyderco is runnung the steel fairly hard at 62hrc in comparison to other steels with similar characteristics and composition. So i decided to take 3 steels and run them against one another in a shortened version of my performance test. 20cv because it has the same impact toughness score as spy27 and s30v because they are overall very similar in performance. unfortunately i do not own any s35vn. i may acquire some in the near future to compare the two directly since s35vn is supposedly the most similar pm steel to spy27. every knife has been sharpened atleast 3 times. all edges are sharpened and finished to the same grit and angle. they're all also just over .020" bte. so in edge finish and geometry they should all be fairly equal.
