Sacral Chakra meditation played on Tibetan Singing Bowls, Svadhishtana Chakra Healing Sounds

As the sacral chakra governs the water element of us, and as we are made of mostly water in our physical selves, balancing this chakra is of major importance. It's also said that it is the seat of our emotions.

Think of any words we use that can relate to or describe the movement (or lack of movement) of water or liquids, good or bad, and we can associate these with physical or emotional states linked to an either balanced, blocked or unbalanced sacral chakra. It's a good little mental experiment which can aid reflection.
