Menin Gate Complete

Over 100 Dukies visited the Menin Gate on Wednesday 26 March to pay their respects to all those who fell in the war. We have discovered 15 Dukies names on the Menin Gate - they all lost their lives in battle but were never able to be laid officially to rest. Accompanied by members of the OBA and The Dukies Association, our students took a guided tour of the battlefields and then took part in the official parade and wreath laying ceremony in the evening, hosted by The Last Post Society. It was a poignant day for all.
