FORD ESCAPE NO COMMUNICATION CAN BUS DIAGNOSIS

In today's case study, we look at this 2013 Ford Escape with a 1.6l 4 cylinder engine. The customer complaint is that the vehicle will intermittently not crank and when it does run and drive, it runs very poorly. The shop took a look at it and found that they had no communication with the scan tool. So they decided to call me.
