Keto Krispy Kreme Glazed Donut
We are making Sugarfree Glutenfree Glazed Donuts! I used to love to eat Krysy Kreme glazed donut and I missed having them when I started a keto diet. It is not the same but it is a very delicious and healthy way to eat Krispy Kreme like donut in my opinion.

INGREDIENTS
Donuts
1 1/2 cups almond flour
1/2 cup coconut flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
¼ teaspoon sea salt
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
2 organic eggs
¼ cup unsweetened coconut milk or almond milk
¼ cup melted butter
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Glaze
¼ cup warm melted butter
1 cup powdered monk fruit or erythritol sweetener
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ cup warm milk of your choice
2 tablespoons water (optional)
DIRECTIONS
For the donuts:
Preheat oven to 350°F/177°C.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk the almond flour with the coconut flour, baking powder, salt and nutmeg; set aside.
In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs with the coconut milk, melted butter and vanilla until well-combined.
Gently stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until a smooth batter is formed.
Divide the batter between 12 well-greased cups of a donut pan.
Bake until set, about 18-20 minutes.
Allow to cool completely before glazing.
For the glaze:
Place the melted butter in a bowl with the powdered sweetener, vanilla, milk and water (optional).
Whisk the ingredients until smooth.
Dip the cooled donuts into the glaze once or twice.
Let the glaze settle in than serve!
