🛒 Ingredients:
✅ 3 cups curd (hung for 2 hours)
✅ ½ capsicum, finely chopped
✅ ½ red bell pepper, finely chopped

✅ 2 green chilies, finely chopped
✅ 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
✅ ½ tbsp powdered sugar
✅ Salt & black pepper to taste
✅ 1 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
✅ 1 tbsp mint, chopped
✅ Sandwich bread (as needed)
✅ Water (for shaping)
✅ Oil (for frying)

1️⃣ Prepare Hung Curd: Strain curd in a muslin cloth for 1.5-2 hours until thick.
2️⃣ Make the Filling: Mix hung curd with veggies, spices, and herbs.
3️⃣ Prepare the Bread: Trim bread edges, lightly dampen, and flatten.
4️⃣ Shape the Rolls: Add filling, roll tightly, and seal the edges.
5️⃣ Fry to Perfection: Deep fry at 170°C until golden & crispy.
