The SA-X goes to Yoshi's Island

While Stalking Samus on the BSL research Station, the SA-X enters a Doorway which somehow leads to a Warp Pipe in Yoshi's Island.
The SA-X is then attacked by Mario, triggering the Mutation into It's Beast Phase.
The Screen Fades, and one can only assume the SA-X Kills Mario Brutally, reverts, then torches Yoshi's Island.
Bowser of course, is not Happy at having his work done by Someone else...
