Volvo Penta MD1

Volvo Penta MD1. Being started afer sitting in a boat with water in her engine and being all rusted and seized. Spent weeks freeing her up. Fuel pump was bad but found another engine to salvage parts from. The engine at this point has no oil in it. somehow it leaked out or burned off. I am now reconditioning further to prep for putting in my boat I have been tryinng to get ready. She is a 23 foot wooden sailboat built in 1960.

Also, in mixing the two engines together, it is apparent that the governors are different. One is stronger than the other. I cannot get it past a fast idle.
