How to Make Compound Bends with Steam Bending | Stagecoach Restorations
This is how I bow and twist 3/4" poplar for a Yellowstone Coach seat arm using steam bending wood techniques. While one end needs to remain vertical, the other end needs to lay out at roughly 20 degrees and curve in the middle also.
