POTATO CHEESE BALLS
INGREDIENTS:
-3 pieces large poratoes (approximately 750 grams)
-Mozarella cheese (cut into cubes)
-200 grams Eden cheese (grated)
-50 grams butter (softened)
-cornstarch
-breadcrumbs
-1 tablespoon white pepper
-1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
-2 pieces whole eggs
-salt (adjust according to taste)
-oil (for frying)
