Is this STALKER Modpack a SCAM? - Tales from The Zone

This Tales from The Zone situation is pretty insane because everything screams "SCAM". From the AI channel posting videos to the AI generated logo, to the guy from Italy who supposedly worked in Orange County LA in 2022 and met the mod author who is 52. Not to mention the mod author has no prior history in the STALKER community. His Moddb page was created the day before he posted the modpack and immediantly had a Ko-Fi page up and ready to go. He's never made a mod for Anomaly or worked on one as far as we can tell.
