“Hey, sunshine. Shall we?” He motioned, his hand waiting for yours to hold his. And you did, “You’re a little early today, hmm?”

“Am I?” He chuckled at the sudden realization, “I suppose I’m a hopeless case.”

”Is something going on? You alright?” You tiptoed, your eyes gazing at his golden hazels, anxiety climbing up your chest. But his giggle says otherwise. So, you reckoned he was doing fine, “I guess I have nothing to worry about.”

“Both yes and no, honestly…” He paused, gently tucking your hair behind your ear, “It’s been happening for quite a long time now.”

“The what?”

“Me wanting to spend all my late afternoons with you, walking right next to you as we go home.”He responded, his cheeks turning red.

“We’re both hopeless, then…” You smiled at him, “Cause I do too. And I want it forever.”

”Forever’s too short for us, love.” He retorted, swaying your hands as the both of you began to take a step, “Let’s go home.”

“Hmm. But you know what, Koushi… I’m already home when I’m with you.”

“And you’ve always been and will ever be mine too.”
