NO INFRINGEMENT INTENTED!!! After I had uploaded my first video "Titanic Rose Drawing Replica" ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aS_IHJ9wz9I&t=11s ), I received a message from YouTube which indicated that I had made an infringement by using clips from the movie in it. I thought that this was weird because the clips were in slow motion and without sound. Anyway, YouTube didn’t delete my video because Fox Paramount Pictures didn’t actually care about it but I still dont have the rights to upload clips from the movie. Now THIS video may contain clips from the movie but they have been EDITED and ALTERED so much that they don’t look like the original scene at all. In fact I have used Old Film Effects: GRAINS, DUST, ROTATION, BLACK AND WHITE/SATURATION, SCRATCHES, VIGNETTE, VINTAGE etc. which make the movie scene look entirely different. Also the movie clips are in slow motion and without sound.
As far as the music is concerned, it is WRITTEN and COMPOSED by James Horner, though it is actually CONVERTED since there is no official release of the particular soundtrack and therefore the vocals had to be removed.
The reason why I mentioned the last paragraphs is because I don’t want to use things from other people in my videos. I want to feel that I have made something productive and unique without making any violations. And to be honest I don't think I have made any.
