I put this hand stamping tutorial together to show you how to stamp matte black plastic bags. I had a world of trouble when I first started out stamping bags. Getting them to look nice and dry quickly was something I began to think was impossible. A few ink pads, 100's of bags, and a few stamps later I finally found an ink that gets the job done. StazOn. This ink can be hard to handle which is why I made this tutorial.
