5 stars to http://www.inlobby.com with their great iPhone app. They resolved our reservation situation really quickly. My family and I really enjoyed our stay in Spain. Our room was fabulous, the stay was great, and we felt like we were truly guests and not just a room number or paying customer. We originally booked for a suite with 2 queen beds, but since those were really popular, they gave us a king bed with a roll away bed WITHOUT CHARGE!
Fabulous housekeeping service, really nice lady at the hotel restaurant replaced my 4 year old's ice cream when I dropped it.
Will we go there again? A definite yes!
