Here’s the recipe I follow for this type of fluid painting
Pillow paint for the bottom is
4 parts Glidden Premium white semi-gloss house paint

For the colors:
3-1 parts Glidden ultra deep base untinted and Jo Sonja Polyurethane Varnish Gloss

Cell activator:
4 parts Australian Floetrol
1 part paint for white Amsterdam brand
