BMW R1250 GSA Rebuild | Installing Carbon Fibre Parts

In this episode of Project Blackbeauty, we move to Stage 2 of the rebuild, where the bike begins to take its final shape.

After installing the powder-coated components in the previous phase, we now start fitting the carbon fibre parts that will transform the look of the bike.

We install several components including the front mudguard, nose section, handguards, and other carbon fibre upgrades.

Replacing the original plastic and aluminium parts with carbon fibre adds a sharper and more aggressive finish to the build while maintaining the stealth black theme.

As the parts come together, the BMW R1250 GSA Triple Black finally starts to look like the bike I had imagined when this project began.

Project Blackbeauty continues as we move closer to completing the build.
