International Real Estate Investing | 10 Unit in Ghana

I got a chance to view a 10 Unit Real Estate development just outside of Accra, Ghana with the potential for $180K per home. While the roads and infrastructure aren't as fully developed as it is in the United States, this plot of land has immense upside for professionals who don't want to pay the premium real estate prices to live in the city. This spot being only 25 minutes from Ghana's capital makes it appealing and not too far away from city life.

The other positive note about this development is right next door are rows of fully developed homes selling for $140K each. This could be a good investment for me and the team but this is just our first visit to run numbers and determine if it's actually worth the time and money.

Ghana is certainly ripe with opportunity.
