British Airways - Love is in the Air

Love was in the air when one of our customers, Phil Reynolds proposed to his girlfriend Bethan, ahead of their flight to Milan. Terminal 5 is particularly sentimental to the couple who travelled long distance whilst Bethan was based in China. Here's how we made their proposal unforgettable with a little help from Heathrow Airport.
