'Sad' to see Labor reduce support for veterans while ABC thrives says Liberal MP

Liberal MP Garth Hamilton says it’s "sad" Labor has reduced the number of staff supporting veterans under the federal budget while ABC staff numbers remain the same.

“You ask any veteran, the service they are getting from DVA is still an issue, it is still a problem,” he told Sky News Australia host Andrew Bolt.

“It’s really sad to see Labor reduce the number of staff helping out our veterans.

“There’s a group of people whose numbers aren’t dropping, and that’s ABC staff.”
