Alternatively, try these steps:
-Update drivers with zadig libusb-32
-Open pcma and select tweaking in service mode
-Go back to zadig device may be called Sony USB device now, update that to libusb-32 driver again
-Go back to pcma and start tweaking, and it should work.

You can also remove the 30 minuet video recording limit with this tool.
This tutorial should work for Sony A7III, A7SIII, A7RIII A7IIII, A7RIIII, A79, A79II, A7C, 6400, 6600, ZV1 & ZVE10
