Lord Robert Winston is demanding licence plates for cyclists after being attacked by a woman when he politely asked her not to ride on the pavement. He says the lack of licence plates on bikes meant identifying her to the police was like a needle in a haystack. Meanwhile, Dave Sherry - who catches bad drivers on his helmet-cam, and was once labelled the most hated cyclist in Britain, thinks it would be very hard to implement registration plates. Both join us to debate the issue.
