I give you the facts about KARATE and how it was practiced from its appearance in the 1950s, to roughly the early 80s. Today, the people talking the most about it, are those who have never trained in the manner in which it was taught and trained in its traditional form. I speak for those who came before me in this video and from a bird's eye view of what REAL KARATE once looked like in AMERICA up until the 1980s USA and the 90s in the UK.
