Alireza plays the most aesthetic opening in chess! | Donchenko vs Firouzja | Tata Steel Masters 2021

Alireza Firouzja played one of the sharpest openings in modern chess theory - the Noteboom variation. White gets the center and two bishops, Black gets the queenside passers. The position was completely wild, but it was really interesting to see how both Firouzja and Donchenko handled the position. After a point it became very intense because of time pressure as well. IM Sagar Shah analyzes this game and shows you some very tricky variations.
