Implementing the Colombian Peace Agreement
Last year, Colombia ratified a historic peace agreement that ended more than 50 years of fighting. Notre Dame Law prof. Doug Cassel played a key role in brokering the deal. Now, Notre Dame's Kroc Institute for Peace Studies is monitoring the deal's implementation using its Peace Accords Matrix, a database that quantifies how closely peace accords are being followed.
